1. How can I purchase Breena Beauty products?

2. I am not a resident of Malaysia, how can I purchase Breena Products?

We do ship worldwide and the rates are calculated during checkout. We also have International dealers that you may buy directly from them, list of Breena Beauty International Dealers – click here


3. How do I register for an account for a website purchase?

Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at breenabeauty.com. Click Login and register via your Facebook/Google or Email. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. You will receive a confirmation of registration via your email.


4. I have a promotional coupon how do I use it?

You may key in the promo code during the checkout session and click apply. It will automatically apply in your total order. If you having issues please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your issues and coupon code number.


ORDER ISSUES

1. Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Shipping address changes are possible before your order status is changed to Shipped. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately, we are also unable to change your shipping address from a Malaysia address to an International address, or from an International address to a Malaysia address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.


2. Can I change the billing address for my order?

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

3. Can I modify/cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Yes, you may if your order status is not changed to PROCESSING. If it is still under PAID status please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and inquiry.

4. I received a package, but it wasn’t my order.

We’re so sorry for the mix-up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and pictures of the following: the order packing slip and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get YOUR order sent out asap!  

5. I received the wrong item.

If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery with your order number that you receive via email and pictures of the following: the order packing slip, and the picture of the incorrect. We’ll get YOUR correct order sent out asap!  

6. I am missing item(s) in my order.

Oh no! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing babies. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of your packing slip. We will send your missing item ASAP!

7. I received broken item(s) in my order.

We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery so that we may help you further. Please be sure to provide photos of your broken baby/babies with a photo of the bottom/side of the product as well as the name of the affected items so we can best assist you!

2. What shipping courier are you using?

All orders will be shipped via NinjaVan.

3. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Usually, it will take 2-3 working days. We post all orders made from Monday to Friday. Our courier service is a next-day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Friday, excluding every Saturday and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3 pm will only be shipped on Monday.

4. How do I track my orders?

After a successful order has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation email from our website and then please wait for the next working days for your order to be processed. When your order has been processed & packed, your order status will change to SHIPPED. Then you will receive a tracking no email from our website. You may track the order at Ninjavan's official tracking site at - https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking

5. How you will pack my orders?

We will carefully pack & handle your order with care! Most products are wrapped with bubble wrap and packed inside a waterproof envelope/flyer. For very fragile items & larger items, we will pack them inside a carton box.

1. Where do you ship and how much are the rates?

At the moment we don't ship internationally.

2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Usually for all international orders it will take up to 7-10 working days. For Singapore, it will take about 4-5 working days. We post all orders made from Monday to Friday. Our courier service is a next-day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Friday, excluding every Saturday and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3 pm will only be shipped on Monday.


3. How do I track my orders?

Breena Beauty did not accept refunds or returns of any goods only if they are broken, shipping problems caused by us, and were wrongly sent.  Breena Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 2. Purchases Issues from Dealer/In Store/Watsons/Other 2nd party reseller

Unfortunately, our Customer Care team is unable to assist you with any ColourPop purchases made at Ulta. Please reach out to the Dealer/In Store/Watsons/Other 2nd party resellers for more information on their return policy!

1. Is Breena Beauty Products Vegan & Cruelty-Free?

YES! All of our products are not formulated with any animal derivatives and we did not test on animals to produce our product formulation. All ingredients are plant base and made materials.

2. Is Breena Beauty Products Halal?

Currently, all of Breena Beauty's products are not yet Halal certified but all of our products are made from permissible ingredients that are allowed in the beliefs of Muslims. 

3. Can I know the ingredient list of each product?

Yes, you can! Simply click on each product page and view the product info, ingredients & how to use it available on each page.

4. What type of bristles are made for all Breena Beauty makeup brushes?

All of our makeup brushes are not made from natural hair/animal hair. They are all made from high-quality synthetic fibers that are categorized as man-made materials. They are super soft and gentle on the skin!
